Yes. Most of our commercial visits are scheduled outside business hours so the work never gets in the way of your staff or customers. We agree on the time window during the walkthrough.
Daily, a few times a week, weekly or every other week. Many offices start weekly and add visits once they see what they need.
Offices, retail stores and the common areas of residential and commercial buildings. If you have a different kind of space, call us and describe it. We will tell you honestly if it is a good fit.
Only for the first walkthrough. After that, many clients give us access instructions so the crew can work while the space is empty.
After all trades are finished, including paint touch-ups, and before the final walkthrough or move-in. Call us early so we can hold the date.
We bag and remove light debris left from the final stages. Large debris, dumpster loads and construction waste should be hauled by the contractor.
